Look up Shabu Shabu. It's a Japanese hot pot with thin slices of beef or seafood and lots of fresh vegetables that you cook at the table yourself. My husband and I tried it for the first time a few days ago. Amazingly delicious and extremely healthy!
Also: If you are VERY daring, try Kimchee. Publix sometimes sells it in small jars in the cold produce section or you can find it at Korean specialty stores. It's a spicy-sour cabbage (fermented cabbage in spices.) Hint: If you like sourkraut, you will probably like kimchee.
Chive on and try something new!
