: Tatyana Rybakova had struggled with her own weight since the age of 14. She had tried a myriad of diets including eating food containing no carbohydrates, and one time she tried only eating apples and yogurt. She weighed 230 lbs and was unhappy with her own body image….

: She learned about a balanced nutrition and created a new diet based on the glycemic index of products. The diet that consisted mostly of food rich in proteins contained all the essential nutrients, but didn’t lead to obesity. Tatyana also started to exercise and swim regularly.

: Eventually Tatyana lost the incredible 51 kg (112 lbs) in just a couple of years and is very happy with the way she looks now.

She is more beautiful now that she is thin, not because how she looks makes others happy, but because how she looks makes her happy. Nothing is more beautiful than a confident happy woman. Except maybe a rainbow sunrise over the ocean after a storm with a herd of wild stalions running through the waves and albino dophins jumping in the back ground set to smoothe jazz. That shits just poetic.
