#32 Awwww how cute. Training wheels…

    • Robert b

That's a bike stand not training wheels.

      • ccc

      • MarauderV8

You must be a lot of fun at parties.

    • lukinhas

i dont know if they are mad at your comment or that you got there first!!!!

    • levian

I was going to say how I don't much care for these car posts, when I thought "nah I'll just get told to not look at then then. Then I realized that this post is still better than working

  • etcrr

#36 would be awesome Thank you

    • Bill57

i agree that is a very nice pontiac but it is a pontiac in name only cause it has race car parts and the race car parts make it go faster than a regular pontiac

      • MrStiggy91

        That's a Ferrari F40, not a Pontiac

        • MrStiggy91

          I was wrong, it's an F50

  • Caleb

    #24 is sexy

  • Ben

is it bad that I already have like 5 of these?

    • Rob

what do you mean like 5? either you have 5 or you don't, and clearly you don't

    • David

      Matchbox cars do not count

  • Nolok

If you hate the FD, you don't love cars.

    • fchezenko

who makes that? never heard of it

      • fchezenko

      • ralph

        93 mazda rx7 badass whip

        • fchezenko

though so, never heard of it called a FD

          • ralph

fd is the third generation rx7 made between 92 and 02

            • Si1entStatic

this specific one either has a kit on it or looks like the FD3S equally badass..

    • Kyle

cannot wait to own one after my student loans are paid off

  • RealZoo

    #11 #22…Sweet.

  • fchezenko

all day long, the Maserati for a runaround.. the sound of that engine give me chills

  • fchezenko

how about a gallery of Foose cars???

    • Static

Throw in a few Boyd Coddingtons too

  • jag

EVERY vehicle is a study in design compromise.

The XJ220 (#20) is gorgeous but wholly impractical. (If you're near Tustin, CA, check out the TWR version at the Marconi Museum!)

While I lust after makes ending in "i", the race for the one I would love to own isn't even close: it's the Porsche (#2), all the way. The cars are unbelievably good, tremendous fun to drive, and even practical to boot.

    • Falco09

The 993 still remains as the sexiest iteration of the 911 to date.

      • Misfit7734

Yes i agree. I miss my 993 TT every day. It had much better lines than my 996tt

  • ralph

#6 i choo choo choose you

    • Jim

      Look in the tunk

    • Zoey

      I LOVE the reference!

    • EKramer

      Nice gag

  • george w

    one of each please

  • Jimbo

This was a tough one. But would probably choose the XKR-S #30 (in French Racing Blue) over the XJ220 #20 in the end.

  • @Speedstripe

My 07 Kawasaki ZX6R that I worked so hard for was stolen on Sunday night, so I'd most definately pick
    #3 or #32.

Can't wait to hit the throttle again…

    • luc

know the fellin man. got my 09 r6 stolen. KCCO

    • lance

gotta go with the duc no question about it. im deployed so i miss my bike and get it bro

  • I don't know

#23 is cool looking and over all a pretty badass car, until you realize it's $400k and doesn't compare to any of the cars in its price range.

    • Chim Richels

And has the most hideous rear end of any 'supercar'

    • wdh

Even at 400k they lose money when makin these cars. If you see the drivers cockpit and how the cluster works you'd understand where the money is going. This thing is nuts.

    • Ryan

This is their first super car, so of course it will be expensive. Part of the reason for the high price is the amount of new technology involved with making the car (the carbon fiber loom that Toyota uses, for example). Plus, that NOISE. My god.

  • Shea Woodrow

Everytime The Chive does a dream car post it reinforces the fact that America simply cannot compete with Europe in either styling or quality. Shame, really.

    • Merica

I'll take American muscle over foreign crap that'll break down quicker, and cost thousands more to repair. I want a badass car I can drive everyday, and fix myself if need be. Not a $200,000 car/garage ornament that id have to park 4 blocks away from my destination in fear that someone would scratch it.

      • Chim Richels

You know very little about cars.

      • wdh

if you have a vintage classic muscle car, you should not be driving it. It should be in the garage to show off to your friends and let the value go up.

    • suchashame

Yes, very true. We refuse to even compete with asian cars built right here in our own country. The unions prevent it.

    • SirCtheIII

The Ford GT and Z01 are comparable. Luxury isn't quite there but performance certainly is.

  • JackFrost

    Again, can't beat the classics.

    • THEClesusChrist

      Good clean american muscle

  • Ernest Poirier

I'll take #14 (Lotus Elise), because sometimes you don't need 500 HP to get around a track the quickest.

    • Zoey

      Pip Pip!

    • Chim Richels

Congratulations. Someone who understands cars. I've had my Elise since I ordered it in late 2004 and took delivery in '05. Still gives me thrills up the wazoo. Elise/Exige – reason they are regarded as some of the best track day cars on the planet.

However, not a 'dream car' for me. A used '05 Elise can be had for $26K. I'd say one of the more expensive cars – Koeniggsegg, F40, BMW 503, would fall more in the 'dream car' category for me.

  • aVulgarSquirrel

#3 is awesome, #21 is by far the coolest BMW I've ever seen, but I think I'd settle on #35 (though important question – predator included?)

  • @cvine08

    I'll take #15 and #26.

  • jimctu
  • Tyno Gilme

    #4 I want one

  • Jrderp

#19 minus the ironing board for a spoiler.

    • that_dude_b

Seeing as how that is solely a track car the wing is necessary for aerodynamics and holding the car to the ground. Same thing with the splitter up front.

Badass car with a LSX FTW!

      • Skylar Ray Young

I'm glad someone here isn't a complete 'tard, lol. The owner of this car never once had it stock when he bought it in 2010. He had the interior gutted to have the weight reduced and did a complete suspension overhaul. I've talked to him about his car, it's a monster. He has a supercharger on it, i frankly would have done massive turbos but it's his masterpiece! Supercharger isn't the only engine mods he did btw.

  • aron_xo

    #6 #12 #24

    Sexiest being black.

  • Bobby Hudson

#9, #17, #26, and #29. first pick is the flamed out hot rod.

  • Shawn

    Dude, where's my mini-van?
