Gentleman caves (52 photos)

Expected more out of this post….seriously….

#4 looks like the gold lounge in the Vienna airport, #5 looks like somewhere a non gentleman goes to make a bacon sandwich…..and whats up with #11? If I wanted solitary confinement, I would go back to prison.

Those places are too fricking big!!! As a batchelor the last thing you want is to spend all day cleaning your place, because even if you can afford a maid, she won't be there 24/7

At first I was like "this post is awesome. I want that and that and that." And then I realized how much money I don't have that it would take to setup one of these gentlemen pads and I was like "fuck you chive for making me feel inadequate."

A few i like, but most seem to me sterile, unimaginative, and have too much wasted space. I'm sure a lot of people like being in the a middle of a big empty, more power to them. I want enough room to feel free, but with walls close enough to feel private, and create a sense of shared space. I'm not a fan of spartan, minimilast decor either. Give me some crap on the walls, the shelves and such that i picked and makes the space mine. Lord I gotta stop listening when my wife watches HGTV.

Awesome post…I'm guessing # 6 seems like less of a good idea when you're shitfaced and can't climb in bed…

I would finally have space for my movies and games.

#5 Doesn't matter what it's made of, kitchen does not equal man cave.

#1 has a lot of pillows…can't imagine any man wanting pillows like that, one or two is fine but looks like a womans touch to me.
