#16 was about a serious case where a man in the midst of a pschotic episode killed and ate part of a man on a greyhound bus. It was terrible. Unfortunately, there are many ignorant people who painted all schizophrenics with the same brush saying that they should all be locked up and people with mental illness couldn't be trusted etc etc.

The headline was not well concieved, though.
