  • Jack

I like Hitchcock directing the lion…

    • Maybe

As though he's telling the lion: "Ok, that was good. Now let's try it again, but this time gimme some 'ROAR!' like you mean it, you big pussy."

  • Air

Why where the AT-ATs in #20 placed by Jack Nicolson?

  • TpJmmy

Had to laugh when I saw #25, don't know why.

    • Jesse Bonales

That's just pure awesome! How ingenious!

    • BAC

I don't get it….the text is white here but yellow in the film, there is the string down the centre, obviously in the way, so the whole thing needs touch up, so why not create the whole thing virtually???

  • NebraskaChiver

    #14 I just died a little inside.

    • Kator

Why? If you watch the behind the scenes/making of the dinos, it's actually an amazing feat, and worth appreciating. That animatronic puppet weighed in at about 1 tonne, and was an incredible achievement in itself. Nobody does it like Speilberg!

  • Angela Nelson

#17 and then she let go

    • habsfanx

My apologies to the grammer Nazis.

I agree, public schools are sad these days. Especially with punctuation.

      • MohawkJon

You're just late, and a follower.

    • dawgbone

      Tom Cruise would have.

    • 340Swinger

Hell, given the way Chris Nolan does things, it wouldn't have surprised me if he really hung Ledger over a building.

  • Mads

LOVE these posts Chive, keep them coming!

#7 something should stay a mystery. broken childhood now

    • Cras

Nah, think of the awesome creativity of the people underneath. You're looking at (left to right) Richard Hunt, Jim Henson and Frank Oz. Only Oz is still alive today, sadly. Hunt was, among others, Beaker, Scooter, Sweetums and Statler. Henson did Ernie, Kermit, Swedish Chef and a shitload of other original characters, while everyone knows Oz best as Bert, Fozzie, Miss Piggy and Yoda. All 3 played major roles in the shaping of the Muppets, Sesamestreet, Fraggles, you name it.
Ever since finding out how the Muppets work i've been wanting to know more and more about the creative processes behind those awesome shows.
