Ohh this happened in my home town.. Jay was a complete badass about the whole incident. He was actually held hostage before the shoot out occurred was being led around the room to point out all the valuables in the apartment. He asked for permission to use the restroom and thats when he took his gun and started shooting.. The suspect ran and later called 911 claiming to have shot himself multiple times in the stomach on accident.
