It is a funny comment, but the problem lies when that same person gets pissed off they are having a heart attack, required constant medical attention (raising the cost of healthcare for everybody – and yes, even if they have the money to pay for it, it does raise the overall cost for everybody – look it up), and then sue restaurants for not telling them the food will make them fat.

If people really did just eat bad food and accept the consequences, it would be great. However people eat bad food and then expect the world to cater to them because of their failing health.
