Most teams follow the rule of, "Fans are invited to enjoy the baseball experience free from disruptive behavior, foul/abusive language or obscene gestures." (Wording from TEAM Coalition) I'm sure if a team or ballpark followed this, the fan could/would no longer be "invited." Of course, I don't know if this guy was ejected, asked to no longer pleasure his own mouth with his imagination because he was in full view of the camera or whatever. Of course, the dude could have just been a douche by saying that he could do whatever he wanted, only to find out he was wrong. Who knows.
