Our NASA Chivette took this photo the evening before Space Shuttle Endeavor’s final launch…
Many of the employees at NASA are Chivers. Over the past two years, they have always gone out of their way to support the Chive Nation; NASA has opened their doors to my family at Johnson Space Center in Houston to do things we’re probably not s’posed to do. True Chivers for sure.
Today at 11:47am, the Endeavor flew right over theCHIVE office on its final voyage before being retired at the California Science Center. On behalf of everybody here at theCHIVE, and all the generations of dreamers, thanks for the inspiration to reach for something greater than our own selves.
We’ll return to the Johnson Space Center in November and we look forward to raising a glass with our NASA Chivers again soon.
