If I hadn't read the text, I would have thought this guy was pregnant #27 Week 16

  • Ken

I think in call of duty they would call this prestieging. LOL

  • Emily

How bad would that suck if his body just said FUCK YOU, and he couldn't get back to his old body lol

  • NavyBoyTate

That's cool but some of us have real jobs

    • ChestRockwellz

From that comment alone i can be certain that you are a very lazy person who is over weight and has zero self discipline.

    • ChestRockwellz

You roughly have 13 to 16 hours a day that you arent at work. Having a "job" is no reason to look the way i imagine you look. If you are going to be fat, dont cry about it

  • Nick

He actually did this to see what his clients went through and felt like. It was in the news a while back…

  • Rummy Stinkface

I think dude shaves his chest.

    • Jakemo_1

      Mind = blown

  • Jim

Yeah – Congrats. Don't do it again.

  • Bob

Amazing how he can grow chest hair

  • bored

The thing is, people with a good amount of muscle require less energy to burn fat because of the amount of muscle, plus the fact that he has the mentality that some overweight people dont have, I am no all that surprised. Body builders cycle through this often

  • Sade

    #57 HTMOTB! xD

  • Mike

The problem is, no matter how hard people do things like this to show people that it is possible. they don't believe it and make up a reason or excuse not to. If your a motivated person, you can make it happen, if your searching for a reason not to, then you will always find one.

    • assman

And if they find that reason, do you hate them or think less of them. What if they contribute more to society than you, but they just aren't as aesthetically pleasing. I have a feeling your 60 hours a week was an exaggeration or perhaps it is 60 hours of personal training…

Just because some people are overweight and have trouble fixing that doesn't mean you should yell at them for having "NO MOTIVATION." Maybe they are motivated to do other things: Science, Art, Philosophy etc.

Don't be such a fattest, it's petty and shallow.

      • moon101

He isn't being a fattest, this whole Post is about going from in shape to out of shape to in shape.. nothing about Science, Art, Philosophy… so inside the contexts of this post he is talking about motivation for simply going to the gym.. so please why dont you stay in context and stop being mellow dramatic.

        • assman

keep your ignorant comments out of this, I never addressed you and you don't know what you're talking about when it comes to this set of comments of which you were never a part of. Go back and do some reading and maybe you will find that what I said is very relevant (if you can grasp the context).

      • John

"And if they find that reason, do you hate them or think less of them."
No. Where did anyone say that?

"What if they contribute more to society than you, but they just aren't as aesthetically pleasing."
It's not just a question of aesthetics. It's about personal health and having a positive body image.

"Just because some people are overweight and have trouble fixing that doesn't mean you should yell at them for having 'NO MOTIVATION.'"
No one is yelling at anyone. All Mike was saying is that anyone can do this as long as they are honest with themselves and commit to it.

"Don't be such a fattest, it's petty and shallow."

  • StinkFinger

Who knew Adam Sandler was a personal trainer??

  • B_Error

    #7 Monte Cristo FTW!

  • bigcityreem

This dude is nuts. I read about this a few months ago. Can't believe he actually went through with it.

  • Rollee

He seems to be wearing the same 2 pair of shorts in a lot of the pics. I am a little suspicious.

    • moon101

what he needs to wear a new outfit for every picture? i have my gym cloths and they dont vary much.. its called a washing machine bra…

  • Szpara_T

You're second argument is a contradiction in itself, to say that not everyone can do that and then in the very next sentence say mind will over come body so anyone can do if they truly want is a paradox my good sir.

  • Angelo

His muscles didn't go anywhere, so although he had a fat layer, his was fit and strong enough to do all those intensive exercises.

But it's still shows that it's possible to recover from fat, but not in 6 months. 1 year minimum, 2-3 years more likely.

    • John

2-3 years it better than never.

  • ChestRockwellz

Listen to all the fat people on here. Waaaaaa he has genetics waaaaaaa those pics are shopped waaaaaaa i could do it to if i were a personal trainer waaaaaaa i have a job and dont have time waaaaaaaa. Stop being fat and lazy! It only takes 45 minutes a day to get in shape. Stop making excuses and get off your fat asses.

    • John

That's bullshit. It takes way less than 45 minutes a day.

    • Guest

Not even….3 hours hard work a week is more than enough with a healthy diet

      • ChestRockwellz

I stand corrected. I just watched a commercial telling me i can get ripped with as little as 3 minutes a day. But they wont tell me how until i give them my credit card number. Give me a few minutes and ill share what i find.

        • Guest

Haha….sitting on the edge of my seat with suspense 🙂

  • mattyk

Don't hate congratulate. This guy is trying to inspire the lazy. I am impressed. The most I ever lost was 65 pounds in 7 months. I was dieting so hard that all my numbers in the gym went drastically down.

  • austin from dallas

it all makes sense now!! by shaving your chest you get in shape!! the longer your chest hair the bigger your belly. direct causation. it's SCIENCE !

  • Juan

For all of the fat, and lazy haters out there (mostly males). This goes to show that with some dedication it can be done. Quit giving an excuse about how he can only do it because that's all he does or you don't have time. There are lots of people that don't have time and they still manage to hit the gym and do some running every once in a while. Give props to the guy and go to another gallery. Stop hating!

  • whoknew

Meh, the guy was in great shape before so even after becoming a fatass in 6 months it probably is not a stretch for him to lose it again. Now stay fat for a few years and try it, then get back to me.

    • I_did

      Fatass detected.

  • Dr.Thunder

But did he stop shaving his chest hair when he was fat?

  • Macro

#58 As someone who has worked in the professional bodybuilding industry for over 6 years, it's not that special. Most competitive bodybuilders do this EVERY single year of their life.

He already had the muscle and muscle memory. It's easier to regain what you already had than to build it the first time. And he works in a gym FFS.

P.S. Clen is a helluva drug.

  • justsayn

For those that are skeptical this man did this live on his blog and I think went on a couple shows. I agree for someone that works out all the time and loves it the hard part is putting on the pounds. But he still did it and I have not. So to you good sir Congrats. By the way you make the rest of us look even worse Fuck You.
