You really need to read up on the lawsuit and what Apple was actually suing about. Apple is now claiming, seriously, that if people buy other phones they're commitment to brand loyalty would mean they may not buy an iPhone in the future, and this would hurt their future sales, so they want Samsung's phones banned to protect their business.
