#7… in KANSAS CITY, by the way.
#13 Hi Iran. I hope you're paying attention.
So this is where reddit posts go to die
#28 #33 The worlds first modern special forces unit.
The badassery just oozes from the first picture.
The man in the foreground of #28 is Major David Stirling, who founded the SAS in North Africa in 1941.
#20 On hearing of Marconi's work with radio transmissions, Tesla said,
"Let him continue. He is using 17 of my patents."
#2 Al Bundy, is that you?
#22 thats a terrible, terrible pic
#5 what TV studio is this?
#1 was supposedly taken 60 years before color film was even invented……..hmmmmm
Dummy, it says right under it that it was colorized… Which means someone took.a lot of time to add color to a black and white photo after the fact!
So, you read the caption, and yet completely missed (colorized)?
He didn't read the caption and you think he's going to read the comments? lol
this guy is looks way cooler than any of us..
#24 Never in the field of human conflict has so much been owed by so many to so few.
Men like the one in that picture are the only reason we held on long enough for the US to join in and help win the war.
#6 Glad the cows made it!
Heh, get it? Kobe beef? Anyone? Bueller?
All of these were awesome, need MOAR.
This is a great album! Chive on Mac
I agree. Post more of Reddit's content.
Very cool photo's. And yes, growing up in the 70's & 80's, everything was black and white before that so the color is very cool…
As someone who studied a great deal of sources about Russia (both Imperial and Soviet), I must say that #37 made my day. Well done, Chive.
I may or may not have yelled NO! upon the sight of #22
Those, each and every one, are awesome…
#11 YES WE CAN
