I sat next to and behind Taylor Morris' family on the flight to NYC that weekend, the pilot announced their presence and accurately called Taylor a hero. They were incredibly gracious and polite, I saw other passengers handing them tokens and momentos (little promotional things from their respective companies and organizations). They never lost their smiles and engaged everyone who mentioned their son/brother/friend. My small contribution of "Chive On" was well received.

Great to see the interactions all the way around from the pilot to the passengers to Taylor's family.
