She has a cap in one hand and a drink in the other: I'm pretty sure she's going to take a shot of GHB from the cap and chase it with fanta which will actually cut the SUPER saltiness of the GHB. If I were the guy taking the pic that's about to rail her, I'd need a shot of GHB too with a stupid looking face like that, lol.
