When 9 year-old Beatrice Delap wrote Johnny Depp asking her to stage a mutiny at her local middle school, she never expected the actor would show up dressed in full character as Captain Jack Sparrow.

The school was notified only 10 minutes before the actor arrived. You could hear ‘screams of joy and excitement’ in the Greenwich school. Depp posed for photos with the students and never broke character.
