My favorites are NFS 3: Hot Pursuit, NFS 4: High Stakes, NFS 8: Hot Pursuit 2 & NFS 9: Most Wanted (the old one). EA killed a good racing game lineage.

I couldn't stand the versions with the storylines and the horrible cut scenes. It was so cheesy.

NFS Hot Pursuit 2 was their peak then they slowly declined up until this farce of a most wanted game. Their lack of split screen is what makes all current NFS games a total no buy for me.

Porshe Unleashed and Most wanted (2005) were the best!!
