It's amazing how much difference just 20-30 pounds can make on the frame of a girl. Great job ladies. If I had half the motivation as you, I'd be less fat myself!

I like the commitment, nice job… but some of these girls look just fine in the before picture.

I agree with some of the posts on here: a few of the women may have taken their diets to the extreme and lost an unhealthy amount of weight. Nevertheless, well done ladies!

The worst thing about weight loss in many girls? Tit loss. Luckily, my wife is keeping the tit portion.

Many of them were much cuter in the face before the weight loss. I won't number the pics because I don't want to be a reason for them to gain it back.
