    #24 is from a TV advert that ran in New Zealand in the late 90s/early 2000's.
    It's basically a public service announcement by ACC (the accident compensation place) that explains not to leave toys lying around the house. The ads were made to look like they were actually advertising some product, then the person had an accident – NZ has heaps of great shock-factor type ads.

    The other two in the series is the guy selling showers who then slips and dies (always have a floor mat), and the guy selling house paint who slips off his ladder and dies (always secure your ladder)

    This lady is sometimes known as the Fruit-e-bars bitch. The ads became pretty well-known and no one ever took them seriously.
