A few facts that will likely never help you in any capacity. Enjoy (30 Photos)

#4 is interesting but might be hard to sell to the recipient of said 5/8 bill.

    • Chris

It refers to taking it to a bank and getting a new dollar in return.

      • Verbal_Kint

That makes more sense. Thanks for the clarification.

    #10 – u do math now!!

  • bdon

#28 According to the Multiplication Principal for counting there are 311,875,200 hand possibilities. The same principal also states I need to get a girlfriend…

    • anthony

      you forgot there are 4 of each type of card so you cannot simple multiply 52 x 51 x 50 x 49 x 48

      • Andy

Nope. By that logic there would be 208 cards in a single deck. But there's 4 types of 13 different cards, which is 52.
So the formula is 52! / 52! – 47! or exactly what you just said.

I know it's been posted, but it didn't feel right to reply to a whole load of oddly arranged upper caps.

If you insist on putting overlay icons on your images, don't position any important information there.

If you're stealing the images, give credit to where they're from.

If you're making the posts yourself, put the text under the image like in other posts.

If you can't be bothered to write the posts properly, why should I be bothered to read them?

    • I like sandwiches

It's simple Simon. Don't read them. No one can force you to read anything on the internet. If you don't like it GTFO!

      • Simon

I wasn't being forced to read anything – I'm simply stating that the text offered on a site I visit a lot was – due to design constraints – hard to read. Coupled with the fact that, for a site with several dedicated employees, seems to produce output of diminishing quality.

It's simple, I like sandwiches. I visit a site because I like the content. If I can't follow it, and feel like others may not too for the same reason, I'll comment on it.

No one can force you to reply to posts, but I sure would appreciate you using some forethought beforehand in future. I'm pretty sure my observations didn't warrant being told to fuck off, but I've been wrong before, and Christ know you will be again.

#24 False, concrete does the same. Britian used to make concrete hulls for their ships for this reason

#8 Then why do my cats prefer sweet cereal milk over regular milk and like to eat donuts and cinnamon rolls?
#10 Apparently it is the same the world over since many people insist the 21st century started in 2001 not 2000
#25 More like 12 hours, but the venom declines in intensity after the first hour

    • anthony

for 10 it is true as it went from 1 BC to 1 AD, there is no year zero. so at every xx00 it is the end of each century and at every xx01 it is the beginning

  • Allscool

    You Bastard

  • Nick

    Yawwwn! Aw shit!

  • MeepMeep

    #30 challenge *yawn* ..damnit

  • SGT_Fati

#9. Still a poor excuse for a magazine.

    • Turd Ferguson

…and over 70 years later, people still hate and kill others for stupid reasons, which makes them poor excuses for humans.

    • lance

They don't always pick someone for doing something good… in this case he was picked because of the overall influence he had on the world that year.

      • Bob

So by that logic, a guy could get Father of the Year for murdering his entire family? Seems flawed to me.

        • MonkeyMadness

You do realize that this was before he started invading all those countries and killing people?

          • SGT_Fati

You do realize he was an extremist before he came to power and the good people over at Time Ragazine seemed to convienantly overlook that… This is typical of the so called 'intellectuals' in society. Instead of seeing what the end goal of individuals like Adolf Hitler have in mind, they call them progressives and innovators. After these "leaders" slaughter millions we don't hear a single peep or an outcry against those in the media who gave us half truths and utter bullshit on these men. "How could we have known!?" They exclaim. Sorry you could not see the writing on the wall but it was there. Tyranny always leads to suffering. History is repeating itself.

      • SGT_Fati

Oh yeah? Did you read the article? Because it seems like the author of that article would gladly get on their knees and give Hitler a blowjoe given the opportunity to do so. Maybe my interpretation of it was jaded……..

#24 so does this mean if I just keep all my glass underwater long enough i can create my own indestructible stuff?

    • Lindsay

Yeah, I want to know too. This seems like a very interesting way to create indestructible materials. Do the effects wear off?

  • freddy boy

#19 Gonna have to take that for a test drive. Yes, indeed.

  • jokerz4fun

#24 how does glass become stronger the longer it sits under water?

    • Gabby

At first, glass is a liquid, then they pour it into a mold and put it into water where it hardens almost instantly.

      • jokerz4fun

I never thought of it that way! Thanks Gabby!

#30 I tried my hardest not to yawn and failed.

    • MonkeyMadness

As I scroll through these posts, I can' quit yawning every time I see this pic.

  • skrolnik

#26 Except Elvis, but that's because they're in on the cover up.

  • Rhomboid

Get your fucking tapiture logo out of the corner dammit

  • duh

Does anyone actually check these "facts". I'm guess a lot of these are B.S. Electric Eels live in both fresh & salt water.

  • von Mises

    I see things haven't changed a bit

  • nuccabay

#25 that could be very helpful if you live in a mountainous region like colorado and hike…now i know not to fuck with it for 61 minutes

  • Jamie

    is #24 really true? link?

    • Jamie

I tried to word this different the first time…aparently the word shen-an-i-gans gets a comment auto deleted? is that offensive to canadians or something?

  • MJNarcy

#26 The US gov't doesn't allow portraits of living people on money, either. That means if your friend gives you a $200 bill with George W. Bush's picture, it's probably counterfeit.

  • dfasdf

    #3 Nope.

  • Ribsta

    Well that escalated quickly…
