As a paramedic who only has occasional duty on the big red trucks, I would much prefer a Black or Navy Blue KCCO with a star of life. As with your firefighter tees, you will likely need 3xl available. And you'll probably need to presale to get your numbers right, because you know a lot of people will be all over these.
