The building looks like the ranger building on the top to Thompson pass outside of Valdez AK. Only road into Valdez is where the photo looks like it was taken from. Spent a few weeks up there in the Army in the 90's. Amazing place and as cold as it looks.

Work and yard work for years on cold Edmonton/Wainwright morns has imbittered me far too much. At 30 only working people/soldiers that ski or are parants love the snow. Looks nice though, when you arent stuck in or shoveling it.
