IF YOU MUST KNOW, this is why it is funny. First off you have a female who is suggesting she is too attractive for the audience to be in a relationship with. Further down in her picture is her exposed posterior, which validates her argument of her attractiveness. Now the statement "out of your league" implies that the viewer should not even try to start a relationship with this individual. Takingbackcider has stated that a "chloroform soaked rag" would even the odds a bit, because, well, if she is unconscious she is unable to debate whether he is in her league or out of it. As you can see the rape is not funny in itself, it is the loophole in her arguement that he has discovered that makes it humorous.
