Cameraman Gordon Buchanan endured a 45-minute attack from a hungry female bear. The “perspex pod” that held the man is basically the on-ice equivalent of a shark cage. It is virtually indestructible, even “bomb-proof”. But that didn’t stop the man from being scared out of his mind.
