If not a suicide, then this merits a comment.

if someone on a construction site does this, and OSHA sees it, the jobsite will be shut down.
The person on the crane would be fired. The crane operator would be fired (if he assisted).
the General Superintendent would be fired. The Crane Company (if they assisted) would face a
large fine by OSHA. Also, the General Contractor would face a fine.
