You should make your way to good old Halifax in Nova Scotia. A city with history. You'll find many old old pubs with great Irish/Celtic traditions. As well as a large concentration of one part of our military.

Hear hear. My wife is from Halifax, and I've spent a ton of time in the city and it is gorgeous. Great bars (Lower Deck would be perfect), great people, and a helluva time.

Sadly we wouldn't be able to make it up there, but I'll damned if there's a Chive get-together in any other part of Canada!
