I dont get it. is he using the gun to propel himself forward or is he being chased by very small people

The pic below is what I was going for, kinda, I was only trying for a facebook audience and wasn't trying for spot on. I got a lot of likes on facebook with this so I put it on reddit and someone who saw it added it to this site. I only found out it was on here because my boss found it and shared it with coworkers. It really made today an interesting day.
