Super Bowl VII – With the Dolphins on the verge of completing their perfect season, Miami kicker Gara Yepremian lined up for a 42 yard field goal. When the kick was blocked, Yepremian picked up the football and threw the worst pass in Super Bowl history which resulted in a pick 6. Miami still won 14-7.
