If you don't feel like buying it, you can always rent it out for $115,000/week.
Why do rich people always have the best houses?
Because god loves them more than poor people like you.
So, where is it?
I'm not giving out my address.
its in park city/deer vally ut http://viewutahhomes.com/newlisting/1097068/9806-…
It seems the neighbors house is nicer !O.O!
9806 N SUMMIT DR, Deer Valley UT 84060
What, too cold to go out and play? Well then lets sit here by the fire, and I can seduce you with my akwardness, and money. Its probably the money.
Why do rich people always have such bad taste??
you're the one with bad taste! Magnificent architecture
#9 Was talking about the furniture choices, and rugs, but to each his own KCCO
I'm with you, house is gorgeous, furniture sucks!
It contrasts the house as well as matches the decor at the same time. I think it's very nice. What would you have him done? Antique mopane couches and book case?
Naaa, too close to the neighbors…
If Country Girl isn't there, THERE IS NO MAGIC.
so…are you dating her on Twitter?
Rent for 115,000 a week?… thats $460,000 a month… and 5.5 million a year to rent the house…
that doesn't make any sense.
you can't really use buy vs rent logic here. you don't when you rent a car for a couple of days. BTW, this house is on the market for $22,000,000.
where is the house?
Its not likely to be rented long term, that place is for clients coming into the area for a month or two….business execs or celebrities who want a lot of privacy, room, and luxury….and to whom money really isn't an object. I'm just happy when my hotel view isn't of the air conditioning units….
Your an idiot
so who's the idiot?
I always wonder if people do this on purpose… It's so ridiculously ironic
**It is. "It's" is possessive. The irony continues.
I can't tell if you're being ironic, but you're wrong. "Its" is possessive, "it's" is a contraction for "it is".
That is all…
If you don't feel like buying it, you can always rent it out for $115,000/week. And I betcha they still charge you for an internet connection.
If you're on the computer instead of seducing women with the house, then you might have a problem.
doesn't even look like there are mountains outside. what's the point of being someplace cold and snowy without mountains?
You must be talking about michigan
It's near sundance, and it has a private bridge directly to the slopes.
Better come with some serious perks. Perks with happy endings.
#11 replace aquarium with TV and you've got a deal.
#2 This is exactly like my townhouse…well at least the icicles hanging off it part!
That pool table and aquarium are close enough together to spell "surprise waterpark"
The aquarium is acrylic. Almost a 0% chance of breaking it with a billiards ball.
my co-worker's half-sister makes $83 every hour on the laptop. She has been laid off for seven months but last month her paycheck was $18134 just working on the laptop for a few hours. Read more on this web site… http://www.wow76.cℴm
So she strips online. Whats the big deal?
But… She still can't afford this house
#9 #11 These.
#7 ew a bottle of kendal jackson…you should have better wine in a house like that
That's not KJ
that's hysterical…I saw/thought the same thing
That mansion is nothing short of amazing!
For only $22 million, it can be all yours!
More money than brains..
I have actually been in this house. It is right off the ski run at Deer Valley in Utah. They had an open house during Sundance a couple of years ago. This was actually built as a Ski Magazine "Dream Home." Ski Magazine took a survey of their readers over a course of a year and then built the house based on responses. The house has a "bat cave" as well as 2 kitchens and a doggy spa. Every bedroom is a master suite and there is a golf simulator as well. Coolest place I have ever been.
