Discovering the new Tapiture (10 HQ Photos)

The Tapiture Homepage represents the best of the web that day. Simply rollover any image on the homepage to ReTap, like, or share your favorite stuff with friends.

The Tapiture HP now supports videos, GIFs, even sound files. Icons representing Video’s, GIFs and purchasable items appear in the top right hand corner to help easily distinguish the different mediums.

The new personal profile page is robust and easy to use, an online control center where you can compartmentalize your taps into collections and topics. This not only helps you easily locate your favorite photos to share with others, but also shows the Tapiture community the spectrum of your interests so you can easily connect with like-minded people.

Link your Facebook account and invite your friends. Doing so allows you to quickly connect with others and see what they’re tapping.

Another great profile page feature is that the cover image supports GIFs so you can get creative as shit with your cover image. Personally, I love scotch. Scotchy, scotch, scotch…

When you’re logged into Tapiture, you will be brought to your personal Feed Page when you enter the site. Think of it like your own customizable homepage. You can toggle between people and topics and well as followers.

One of the coolest features Tapiture has to offer is the Sort Filter. Let’s say I only wanted to see the animated GIFs being tapped across the website, simply click on the GIF icon and away you go.

There’s a customizable notifications center that alerts you every time you have a new follower, even when one of your friends interacts with something you tapped.

Perhaps the most unique feature on the new Tapiture is the customized topics page. You can choose to follow your favorite tapped topics and they’ll appear neatly in your feed. Nobody is doing this. I use it to find everything I need for ‘Whatever happens, don’t say Awww‘ on theCHIVE.
