way to go, didnt credit one photographer, i hope you get sued

    • SleepR

All the Chive does is steal content.

      • Bon Rurgandy?

have you not heard of this thing we call the internet. 90% of the sires on it steal their content from other sites. get over it.

        • roger

yeah cause it so hard to add attribution

          • Roger Sucks

Then who is the photographer? Feel free to attribute them in the comments if you can figure out where the picture came from. Otherwise STFU nobody gives a shit.

            • your mother sucks

i dont work at the chive, it takes seconds to find out who the photographer is, ever heard of google image search?

            • Born

A good portion of the photos are from the urban exploration resource, featuring artists such as Aurelie, Valkyre (a good friend of mine who I've climbed many cranes with), pooyo, salive, Tomms, Ronnie, and Om2. So, there, at least a couple of the photographers can have some credit. Regardless, there are some photos that edited out the watermarks, which is just plain sad on theChive's part. Being an urbex photographer who has risked my life for many shots, I'd be fucking pissed if someone just threw my shots on some website with no credit whatsoever.

    • mittens

Cropping the watermarks *is* lame. I'm surprised you're getting down-voted.

  • 1C451

These POV shots always make my palms sweat.

  • FLChiver

Can't decide if these folk have huge brass balls or just a death wish.

    • forrestforrestgump

Brass balls of death. +5 jump +5 climb ability +5 courage. RARE value. Can only be equiped by crazy people.

  • Static

the shots looking down makes my stomach flip…. nope. no way.. no how… no

  • erikhart

    #2 #4 #7 where's this kid live, Chernobyl??

    • Dennis Maitland

I live in Detroit. Please view my website at

      • mittens

Awesome images. What an interesting coincidence that your watermarks are cropped out in every picture…

      • Hoss

You need bigger watermarks it seems. More in the center for classless websites like this which don't even provide a paltry linkback.

    • ronald

im not sure about 2 and 7 but #4 is photoshopped from the movie. The Raid. i believe.

    • Ski

I'm pretty sure #7 and #2 are the Packard Plant in Detroit. The largest abandoned building in the US.

  • echogeo

    Adrenaline rush? No.
    Watery bowels? Check.

  • Massoom

Where is the origin of this? I would love to turn #27 into a poster.

    • Phil Garner

This is an explorer photographer named Aurelie who DID NOT give permission to have her image used. Hows that for an origin?

  • Pimby

#14 – One King St. West in Toronto

So many nopes… so little time

    • forrestforrestgump

Ain't nobody got time for these nopes

  • Aaa

Even if you're alone you probably feel like someone is going to pop up and shove you off the edge, or at least that's what my mind would do to me.
