It’s almost here. The Irish KCCO will be available right here next Thursday. This only happens once a year and it’s always a beautiful mess. St. Patrick’s Day lasts all weekend this year (it’s on a Sunday) and we’re really trying to match the demand this time ’round. Good luck!

Also, after the ads for the Irish KCCO went live, I saw a lot of requests for this Chivette but with underboob. Done.

If you’ve ever stopped by theCHIVE offices, you know we’re fiercely supportive of our local craft breweries. We’ve been brewing our own KCCO Beer at theCHIVE for a while now.

We recently visited one of our favorite craft breweries, the Enegren Brewery in Moorpark, to visit Matt Enegren and the world’s cutest brewmaster, Becki Kregoski. Thanks for getting us day-drunk, guys.

Stop by this weekend and try the Valkryie (seriously it’s unreal). The beers are on me. Just remember to pay it forward.

So, random searching on the internet has led me to a site called uberhumor.com which gives off a Chive-doppleganger vibe (with galleries called "Morning Epicness" and "Afternoon Chaos"). I'm sure this has been mentioned before, but just wondering if anyone knows the scoop on this….was it some type of precursor to The Chive or is it a knockoff website?
