#4 – Don't let anyone tell you ever again that the world is "overpopulated." I realize this would be high density, but consider it in reverse too–spread the population equally around the world. Also consider all the farmland that would be available if one were to put all the people in one location. This isn't new news, just a different way to look at it–the world is FAR from overpopulated.
