J.J. Watt is a three-time NFL Defensive Player of the Year and just signed a massive contract. He's a great guy in the community, and is frequently seen going the extra mile to better himself and better the lives of others. It's safe to say he has a lot to be thankful for, but what he might be the most thankful for is the use of his leg.

2015 was an injury riddled year for him--a broken hand, two torn abs, a herniated disc, and others--but a staph infection in Watt's leg could've been the worst. In a post he wrote for The Players' Tribune, Watt outlined how a Texans trainer recognized a staph infection in his leg after noticing "some weird bumps on my knee." A team doctor later told him that he could've lost his leg had it gone undiagnosed.

It's really not a holiday weekend until you watch "Planes, Trains and Automobiles." Whether it's a thanksgiving weekend thing or just something you watch during the lead up to christmas, they don't make them like this one.

For John Hughes' first attempt at making a film that didn't involve angsty 80's teens in love/trouble, he wanted to tell the story of a comedic journey for Neal Page, a marketing executive trying to get home to Chicago, and his travel partner, Del Griffith, a shower curtain ring salesman.
