If there’s a ‘Creepiest Piece of Shit’ award handed out at the end of 2017, Missouri native Mario Antoine has made himself the frontrunner for winning it. The 34-year-old former wedding photographer has been sentenced to 10 years in prison after he was caught tricking women into having sex with him under the false pretense that they were auditioning for adult films.
Antoine achieved this by creating a number of online aliases and posed as a talent agent, manager, and photographer for multiple fictitious pornography companies with names such as “Playboy Worldwide”,”Dash Agency” and “Playboy Asia.” He even forged legitimate looking contracts.
Mario conned at least six different women into having sex with him, with the promise that he’d pay them as much as $1.5 million. Not one of them ever received a cent. In fact, instead of paying the women, Mario would threaten to reach out to spouses, boyfriends, employers or friends unless the women paid him or had sex with him.
Antoine was originally charged with 21 counts in federal court, ranging from wire fraud to cyberstalking and extortion. As part of a plea agreement, he plead guilty to wire fraud. “Under the terms of today’s plea agreement, Antoine will be sentenced to 10 years in federal prison without parole and must pay restitution to his victims,” read a statement from the US Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Missouri.
We’re certain you’ll really enjoy prison, Mario.
