Reporter helps rescue man trapped in floodwaters (Video)

KHOU reporter Brandi Smith was broadcasting live when she noticed a man trapped inside a flooding truck. She was able to flag down a police rescue team on their way to another rescue, and alerted the deputies to the man stuck in the 10 feet of water below. Check out the full story and video here.
