Make your bed
Not only is there the one psychological benefit of ‘resetting’ your bed for the next night, it also, according to best selling author William McRaven, gives you a sense of accomplishment. According to the retired four-star admiral:
“It’s about making your bed right and walking away and going, ‘OK, that’s good. That looks good. I’m proud of this little task I did.”
We are, after all, creatures of accomplishment and fulfillment.
