The Santa Barbara County Fire Department reported that 100 homes were destroyed by deadly storms that caused mudslides on Tuesday.
Farrell told ABC that he, his parents and their dog took refuge in their hallway filled thigh-high with water for more than an hour as the flood rushed through their home. The family survived the dramatic incident, “We are alive. My parents, Lucas and I are safe. 4 feet 9 raging mud in the house. My 4runner is gone from the driveway..”
