Next Saturday, we are headed to Tallahassee to party our faces off with the Captain and kick a few Black Lagers back. One issue though, we don't have a venue yet. This should come as no surprise to anyone as we are not very smart people. These things do tend to work themselves out, but we need your help.
If you are a owner or general manager of a bar who can fit 300 or more Chivers into your establishment, shout us a holler at firstname.lastname@example.org.View Full Gallery
For the next two weeks in Austin, there's a little thing called South by Southwest. It's only one of the biggest film and music festivals in the world, and we wanted to kick it off with a few drinks with all the Chivers in the area.
We'll be at Old School Bar and Grill for happy hour today from 4-7PM CST. Come out and throw a few back with us. The Black Lager will be flowing and Mac's cat may make a guest appearance!

We weren't joking, theCHIVE really is taking the show on the road to Ireland in a few weeks. We're hopping the pond and heading to one of the best spots in town, Church Bar, to kick off our first ever international meetup on Saturday, February 22nd. We decided to let Mac come along, so we apologize ahead of time to the whole of Ireland.
Tickets will officially go on sale next Wednesday, February 5th at 12PM GMT. We'll see all our Irish Chivers soon!

If you live in Key West you know that theCHIVE has been coming to the Keys every year to ring in the New Year and defile ourselves properly with our friends on the crazy island.
This year, we're having an official New Year's Eve bash at the best bar in the US of A, The Green Parrot. The Green Parrot is an island bar for the people, the doors are always open to anyone so this is not a ticketed event. Just come as you are and make sure you arrive early ready to party.
The party starts around 9 pm-ish and finishes around ????ish. We will have badass limited-edition island KCCO's available at the event - you'll see them all around the island when you arrive and I get drunk enough to hand them out to Chivers as I bar hop.
(You can find cases of KCCO Black Lager at The Green Parrot Wine and Spirits Bar for your hotel room boozing when you arrive).
For all of my friends in the Keys, this is the reminder that the merry band of misfits are all coming. I rarely have my phone on me in Key West - y'all know where to find me.
If last year was any indication, this is going to be a HUGE party. See y'all in Key West!

Next week we’ll be in Washington DC trying to get the government back up and running by drinking our weight in KCCO Black Lager. Two days later we’ll hit NYC to introduce the Big Apple to our new delicious misfit.
This will be your chance to tell your grandchildren that you were one of the first to get blackout drunk on KCCO Black Lager. Mac wasn’t invited to either but I’m sure he’ll find a way to sneak in.
