At 6’8″ tall and weighing almost 400 pounds, it’s no secret that Game of Thrones’ ‘The Mountain’ is one big dude. After all, he is Europe’s strongest man for two years running. But just how the hell does a man of this size fuel his body every day? Recently he posted his daily meal plan consisting over eight meals and 10,000 calories, with a clearly written disclaimer reading, “Yes this is a lot & I don’t recommend YOU to try this!!” Calm down, Mr. Mountain, if we know anything about 10,000 calories, it’s that all we need is a six-pack of Lone Star and the Favor app at 3 a.m. to get there.
Full disclosure, Ben and I love to eat and figured we had this in the bag. Little did we know, this was going to be one of the hardest challenges that we’d ever faced, both physically and mentally.
