We’ve all found a little bit of loose change down the back of the couch, but this lucky couple hit the jackpot. They duo bought an old chair for £5 ($8) at an auction around 10 years ago, and have recently discovered a diamond stash worth £5,000 ($8,000) hidden inside.
The chair had seen better days, but the couple Angela and her husband Angus, couldn’t afford to have it reupholstered when they first bought it. So, they stuck it in the attic for six years. A few years ago, Angus retrieved the chair and took it to be fixed up.
