Toronto may not be the first place you think of when you’re thinking about street art, but there’s a new piece in town and it’s pretty epic. The City of Toronto partnered with local art programs START and STEPS and they reached out to Sheffield, UK, artist Phlegm to bring the wall to life.
And that’s what he did. This black and grey piece is pretty deep, If I say so myself.
