There is a little piece of real estate in California that is a playground for the ultra rich. Just south of San Fran/San Jose is the Monterey Peninsula and the small town of Carmel-by-the-Sea. Pay $10 bucks at the gate and you’ll find yourself making the “17 Mile Drive” through Pebble Beach.
