You hear a lot from people about “this food has got this in it” and “that food has got this in it” and more often than not it’s some sort of bad shit. So, what do you do? You go ahead and start eating healthier foods, maybe lifting some weights, bada bing bada boom, you’re a health nut. But how much of the shit you’re now eating is really all that great for you? Listen, i’m not here to lecture you about what not to eat, after all, my diet is mainly chocolate and scotch in one form or another, but just for kicks, here are a few foods that maybe aren’t as particularly ‘healthy’ as some people might think.
