For some reasons IKEA makes national news for the strangest of reasons. First their was the fashionable monkey in a think winter coat, then there was the trolling of Kanye West, and now we get word that IKEA has temporarily changed the name of all their products to match the most frequently googled relationship problems in Sweden.
Their recently launched “Retail Therapy” website tries best to pair each relationship issue with a product best suited to solve the problem. The bizarre concept is a part of IKEA’s newest “Where Life Happens” campaign. And you have to hand it to IKEA, they are experts at generating their own viral news stories.
