With the new year drawing to a close, people will likely be thinking about their diet plans and fitness goals for 2017. With that being said, Google took a look at the top diet fads from 2016, and provided a look into what results people came to see after trying out each of each particular health trend.
The Mono Diet (Seen Above)
The mono diet gets its name from what it entails – eating a massive amount of one single ingredient. Sounds fun, right, at least if that food happens to be a ribeye steak.
Designed by self-proclaimed fitness guru Freelee the Banana Girl (so you know she’s good), the plan encourages eating mass amounts of bananas or mangos. Experts warn against this, but you can read about it here.
