A Cheeto shaped like Harambe was just sold on eBay for $100,000

Ashes to ashes, Cheetos dust to Cheetos dust.

Harambe, the silverback gorilla who was shot and killed at the Cincinnati Zoo last year, may be gone, but his spirit lives on in all of us. And inside of a bag of Cheetos.

When eBay user valuestampsinc found a Flamin’ Hot Cheeto shaped exactly like the deceased gorilla/icon/national treasure, he put it up for auction.

The title says:

“Gorilla Hot Cheetos – RARE – One of a Kind Cheetos – Harambe Gorilla” and indicates that the gorilla-shaped snack is 1.5 inches in length.”

“I opened up a bag of Flamin Hot Cheetos and as soon as I looked inside I came across this unique Cheetos that looks like Harambe the gorilla,” the rest of the post says. “This item up for bid is only for this unique Cheetos, bag not included. This makes a great collectible for anyone who appreciates rare items!”

The bidding opened on January 28 with $11.99.

But early Tuesday morning, the Cheeto was sold for $99,900.

Rest In Crumbs, Harambe.
