With the SuperBowl just wrapping up, the junk food hangover is hopefully long gone by now. I was hurting pretty bad myself after all the beer and pizza I consumed, and the fact that’s it’s the last week of #ChiveFit made me feel that much more guilty.
So lining up some incredible transformations is exactly what needed to happen to get me back on track. In the same breath, we have to give a ton of credit to all these impressive people for working so hard to achieve their goals. It’s a difficult task and takes a lot of discipline to get where these people have gotten and change doesn’t happen overnight. So if you’re on the brink of giving it up, use these before and after photos to motivate you to stick with your plans.
Here’s an easy rule of thumb. Don’t drink soda, no sugar, and physically sweat for an hour a day. Baby steps.
