You might remember the incredible #UnderboobPenChallenge, which involves—as you might’ve guessed—holding pens under your boobs. But YouTuber Davison has taken it a step further. Instead of holding pens under her boobs, she launches pens off of her boobs.
You just press a pen (or pencil, highlighter, marker, etc.) against your breast tissue, let go of the pen, then—boom—your boobs just became a weapon. Seriously. That’s it. Simple? Sure. But that doesn’t mean it’s not amazing.
“Did you know that boobs have this magical ability?! I had no idea that, in my boobs, there was a gun or a slingshot hiding all along,” a fascinated Davison exclaims. (Watch Davison’s full video here.)
If Davison sounds familiar, she went viral for the #OneFingerSelfieChallenge, an anime-inspired challenge which had naked participants censor themselves with only, well, one finger.
Now, the 39-year-old YouTuber from Montreal, Canada has a new “sexperiment” challenge: Launching pens off your boobs, then posting a video using hashtags like #PenLaunch, #launchapenwithyourboobs, and #launchapenwithyourboobschallenge.
How did she discover her boob’s “magical ability”? She told theCHIVE that she was doing research: “I do different ‘sexperiments,’ or social experiments about sex, on my channel. I was researching different tricks you can do with your boobs.” Somehow, she stumbled across a gif of a random person shooting a pencil off her boob—which amazed her.
“I do things with my body that I think a lot of women are unwilling to do because they’re afraid of being slut-shamed,” said the 39-year-old, noting that she’s most famous for the #OneFingerSelfieChallenge and her “Mentos Bikini and Diet Coke Bath Experiment!”
In the video, Davison starts with a typical Bic pen, then goes on to a highlighter before eventually firing off four pens from her boobs at once. She told theCHIVE that highlighters are the best to use, because they’re bigger and heavier than most pens or pencils, which allows them to propel from more breast tissue.
But wait a second. Why is this even a thing? What’s the point? “It’s just another fun challenge you can do. It’s a way for people to do whatever they want with their bodies and express that they have that right [to do whatever they want with their bodies],” Davison told theCHIVE.
“I think it’s fun for anyone to do something that’s a little bit shocking and unusual. I hope people just have fun and celebrate their own bodies,” Davison said. “Life’s boring. Do we want to talk about politics all the time? We might as well launch some pens while the world is burning.”
Do fake boobs work differently than natural boobs? That’s still unclear. “I think it just depends on your pen, and your technique,” Davison explained, adding “Not all implants are the same, either.” Treating this like a real goddamned science experiment, Davison noted, “We need more samples, and then I’ll be able to draw more solid conclusions for you.”
