To lose a significant amount of weight it takes a lot of hard work and determination. To put that in layman’s terms, go to the gym every
fucken day. At the beginning, it’s a grind, but if you stay disciplined and keep going, push through all those lazy and unmotivated days, it will eventually become second nature.
That’s exactly what these people did when they decided to make a change for a healthier lifestyle. A word to the wise, results don’t come in a day, a week, or even a month. Many of the people featured in this gallery spent years perfecting their diets as well as maintaining a strict workout regiment.
